Black Belt Institute Members Only!

Instructions:

  • This form is to be used for any members of the Black Belt Institute who wish to access or training materials (videos, handouts, etc).
  • Be sure to fill in all of the boxes.
  • You will receive email notification within a few days once your account has been activated and you will be given a password.
  • The membership will expire at the end of each year
  • One membership per application only.

There are two payment options:

  1. Register and pay on-line using PayPal™. To use this service you must have a PayPal™ account. The sign-up is simple enough and secure. (see PayPal info) Once the account has been set up, select the SEND MONEY tab on the webpage then enter account@blackbelt-institute.com for the account to send to. The rest is very easy
  2. Register on-line and you will be contacted to arrange payment. (NOTE: Those members who are unable to pay the subscription can apply for an exemption - contact Dave Allen for details)
